KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • Execute and support multi-channel trade marketing communications and promotion efforts, including defining and executing marketing plans, planning and delivering trade events on schedule and within budget, evaluating activities effectiveness and developing optimum proposals.
  • Improve customer experience and marketing effects through new and existing customer program loyalty.

Environmental Health and Safety Specialist

 

 

JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT


The Environmental Health and Safety Specialist is a subject matter authority that complies with environmental, health and safety regulations. In this role, you will lead, at low-to-medium complex facility, or help lead, at high complex facility, the implementation, execution and maintenance of the environmental, health and safety and process safety management systems. You will be responsible for in-depth understanding and application of safe, compliant operational practices and demonstrate compliance with company policy, work processes, programs and standards.
 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • Ensures awareness of and compliance with Health and Safety and Environmental requirements by the organization.
  • Support contractor environmental, health and safety requirements during construction phase and help test and evaluate environmental, health and safety performance according to design during project startup phase.
  • Partner with regional domain and country environmental, health and safety to support management of site impact assessments, operating permits and construction permits.Support suitable training content and delivery mode, in line with global and regional requirements, conduct gap assessment to identify training needs, adjusting curriculum to reflect site specific needs and deliver training.
  • Understand, localize and integrate company and legally required work processes, programs and controls into site level operating procedures, tools, and work instructions to standardize front line processes and monitor, analyze and adjust for improved performance.
  • Ensure strong alignment of goals, metrics and targets with plant vision and targets and govern site performance targets together with plant and site leadership team and consult on planning, issue and incident response and operational environment, health and safety and process safety compliance.
  • Assists organization to enhance ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
  • Participation in determining the circumstances and reasons for accidents at work as well as developing proposals resulting from investigation of the causes and circumstances of the accident.
  • Communicates with and provides necessary reports to local regulatory authorities.
     

 
 

Qualifications


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience
  • In depth knowledge of legislation and business processes in environmental health and safety systems, ecology and environmental protection, industrial safety.
  • Fluent Polish and Good level of English.
     

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of international instruments aimed at reducing injuries (near miss, observation, risk assessment).Solid working knowledge of food safety industry practices and standards
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with diverse groups in a large organization.
  • Experience with environmental health and safety management systems.
  • Experience in organizing safety management system for specialists of contracting organizations.
  • Confirmed ability to deliver processes effectively to optimize business resources.

Logistic Specialist

 

JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT

 

The Logistic specalist – Trade Execution coordinator will ensure coordination on low to moderate complexity routine processes and tasks. You will ensure compliance with country and foreign government regulations related to the international movement of goods. In this position, you will focus on executing the controls established by the appropriate functional areas with direct oversight, responsible for execution of small to medium scale trade execution activities, using limited knowledge of trade execution practices and procedures, related to customer interaction, business partnership internally and externally, trade execution process improvement and compliance with the company standards and strategy, data management - research & analysis and performance management.

We seek a professional who will participate in issuing import/export processes licenses and completing transactions associated with the import/exportin a timely manner.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • Coordinate issuance of commercial import/export documentation for  transportation (e.g voyage of vessels, containers, trucks and containerized goods)
  • Maintains established relationships with clients, suppliers and other business partners (e.g. supervisory companies, laboratories, agents, warehouses/trucking companies, buyers, and sellers) to execute trading contract
  • Resolves issues with routine internal and external contacts related to loading, unloading, contract requirements, rejected products, location and timing and other questions/concerns
  • Follows up on new contracts with standard customers in reference to quality, quantity, origin, delivery period and schedule.
  • Identify cost effective alternatives and options: problems with deliveries caused by Cargill or suppliers and customers
  • Actively searches for money making or cost saving opportunities, i.e. use cheaper transport mode
  • Conducts standard analysis on risk exposure and process improvement, and may recommend next steps to more members of the team.
  • Applies understanding of trade execution practices and procedures, i.e. knowning operational constrains on the vendor and customer side.
  • Reviews standard trades, and creates a shipment plan to correspond with the contract agreements, i.e. nominations in SAP and shipment plan sharing with counterparts
  • Responsible to monitor daily execution of the shipment plans, identify and escalate any deviation from original plans applying developing knowledge of execution practices and procedures, i.e. sharing detected risks with Trading and preparing updated execution plan
  • Requires developing knowledge of trade execution practices and procedures to execute preloading and post loading process.
  • Executes the short-term (weekly/daily) game plan in relation to the allocation of freight and inventory.
  • Creates routine reports related to commodity contract execution in the area of load data capture, contract settlement and execution costs management
  • May participate in investigation and resolution of execution related customers and suppliers’ complaints in collaboration with Customer partner.
  • Prepare periodic reports related to trade compliance, and assist with internal and external reporting and analysis.
  • Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
